Established in 2007, Sheppard’s deliver construction solutions across Wales and the Marches. Our projects range from residential refurbishments to major design and build developments including schools, public buildings, commercial, ecclesiastical, residential, leisure, retail and health facilities. Working with the public and private sectors, we maintain long-term positive relationships with clients for whom we have successfully delivered a diversity of educational and community buildings and facilities.

How we work

We manage the project from start to finish

You don’t have to worry about the project management, finding tradesmen or co-ordinating the deliveries. We will take care of it all for you, leaving you free just to choose your kitchens, bathrooms and internal finishes.

We’ll keep you fully informed and liaise with you to make sure you are happy – as well as offering guidance at key stages where there are opportunities to save money or improve ‘the look’ of your new home.

Fully qualified local trades people

Our full build options offers you the option of having your dream house fully built – from empty plot, to a fully finished home that’s ready to move in. We employ a wide range of experienced local tradesmen – each with their own particular expertise.

Working alongside them are our band of apprentices who increase their knowledge daily – allowing our team to grow.

Constructionline have been working with construction buyers and suppliers for 20 years – they work closely with our partners and have a deep understanding of buyers’ needs.
